Police and Firemen’s Insurance Association will contribute a
fraternal benefit of $2,000 to a member and $1,000 to a non-
member who is killed in the line of duty.  The fraternal
benefit is paid to the surviving families of Police Officers and
Fire Fighters in their established sections.

If at least ONE of your department's personnel is a member
of PFIA, ALL members of your department are covered by
PFIA's Memorial Fund.

Please, fill out the form below and submit it.  If there isn't a
PFIA member on your department, we will contact you to let
you know.
